Grouped REDD+ project across 5 indigenous reserves in Miraflores, Guaviare: RI Vuelta del Alivio (38,750 ha), RI Lagos El Dorado / Lagos del Paso / El Remanso (43,980 ha), RI Yavilla II (~30,000 ha), RI Puerto Nare (23,367 ha), and RI Barranquillita / Tucano (22,265 ha). Total eligible forest area: 135,603.5 ha. Ethnic groups: Wananos, Carapanas, Cubeos, Piratapuyos (Vuelta del Alivio); Carijona (Puerto Nare); Cubeo / Tucano (Barranquillita and Yavilla II). Population: ~1,627 people across the 5 reserves (DANE 2018 / Alcaldía Miraflores 2017). Deforestation drivers: agricultural frontier expansion (extensive cattle ranching), illicit crops, artisanal mining, and timber extraction. Estimated GHG reductions: 22,286,967 tCO₂e over 30 years (742,899 tCO₂e/year average) — avoided deforestation: 22,147,936 tCO₂e + avoided degradation: 139,031 tCO₂e.
